1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Sale And Delivery Of A Brand New Van Type Van For The Needs Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn, Hereinafter Referred To As The Car, A Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 2. The Delivered Car Must Meet European Union Standards (Ce Mark) Regarding Safety Of Use And Exhaust Emission Levels, It Must Be Free From Technical Defects, Unregistered And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties, It Must Be Approved For Trading And Use, And Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 3. The Car Will Be Delivered To The Transport Base Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn At Ul. Kasprzaka 16 On The Ordering Partys Working Days, With The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Car In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Car Marking - Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Visualization Of The Car Marking - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Complete Preparation Of The Vehicle Surface (Cleaning, Degreasing) And The Correct Application Of The Foil On The Edges And Embossments Of The Body - Without Bubbles, Bends And Detachments.5. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And The Words Or Equivalent Apply.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And With Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.
