Purchase, Storage And Delivery Of Road Salt For The Needs Of Winter Road Maintenance In The Municipality Of Elbląg In The 2026/2027 Season.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2000 Tons Of Salt - Basic Order 1000 Tons Of Salt - Option Right3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively As Needed, In Accordance With The Request Submitted By The Ordering Party, With The Completion Date In Accordance With The Submitted Offer Of The Contractor. The Salt Will Be Used To Make Sand-Salt Mixtures And To Sprinkle Roads And Sidewalks.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Salt Meets The Following Parameters: Compliant With The Polish Standard Pn-En 16811-1:2016-10. Whenever Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Order Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems And They Are Always Accompanied By The Default Phrase Or Equivalent.5. The Delivered Salt Must Have: A Current Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute, Which Shows That The Salt (Sodium Chloride) Offered For Sale Can Be Used For Sprinkling Road Surfaces In Winter Road Maintenance, Etc., A Current Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene Confirming That The Product Offered In The Tender Meets The Hygienic Requirements For Use In Road Construction To Combat Winter Slipperiness, Etc.6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The First Delivery (Implementation Of The First Partial Order) With The Documents Described Above, Valid As Of The Date Of Signing The Contract. At The Same Time, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That These Documents Are Up To Date Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
