The Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Cybersafe Waterworks Program, The Aim Of Which Is To Increase The Level Of Resistance Of Water Supply And Sewage Infrastructure To Cyber Threats And Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of Key Municipal Services. The Order Is Intended To Comprehensively Strengthen The Ordering Partys It Security By Modernizing Technical Resources, Implementing New Protective Solutions, Improving Staff Competences And Establishing A Formal Information Security Management System.3.As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Power Generator With Installation And Connection - 1 Piece. The Delivery Concerns A Brand New Power Generator, Not Older Than 2025. With A Power Of Min. 40 Kva Including Commissioning And Training4.The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Is 36 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Contract.5.A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Offered Parameters.
