The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 6 Pieces Of Brand New Motor Pumps Intended For Pumping Polluted (Dirty/Sludge) Water, Together With Accessories For Each Pump, And 3 Pieces Of Brand New Electric Submersible Pumps For Dirty Water, Together With Accessories For Each Pump, For The Needs Of The City Of Suwałki Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In A Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Of The Proceedings, It Means That They Are Indicated Only As Examples And Define The Minimum Quality Requirements And The Expected Standard. The Contractor May Offer Materials, Devices Or Equivalent Solutions With Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate, By Submitting The Required Evidence Together With The Offer, That The Materials, Devices Or Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.6.The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Of The Procedure Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Deliveries Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Is Unable To Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Deliveries To Be Made By Him Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. 7. The Use In The Procedure Documentation Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description O
