The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Inventory Documentation And Technical Expertise Of An Existing Protective Facility In Order To Determine The Necessary Scope Of Construction Works And The Estimated Investment Cost To Achieve The Status Of An Ad Hoc Shelter/Protective Structure Category U-1. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. 2. The Preparation Of The Study Includes An Inventory, An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Existing Protective Structure (Examination Of The Condition Of Foundations, Open Pits, Laboratory Tests, Etc.) And An Assessment Of The Possibility Of Performing Protective Functions Within The Scope Of § 2 Section 2, In Connection With § 13 Points 5, 6 And 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of February 21, 2025 On The Criteria For Recognizing Buildings Or Their Parts As Protective Structures, Buildings Located At Kuśnierska Street 1 In Szczecin, Along With Specifying The Works Necessary To Perform In Order To Meet The Currently Applicable Requirements For Protective Structures, Providing The Adaptation Costs, I.E. Estimating The Financial Outlays Needed To Adapt The Facility To Perform The Function Protective Cover Type U-1.
