1) Protection Of Non-Forest Ecosystems Of The Kampinos National Park Is Related To Carrying Out, In 2026, In Designated Areas Of The Kampinos National Park, One Protective Treatment (Work, Service) In A Given Area, Consisting Of: A) Mechanical And Manual Mowing Together With The Elimination Of Tree And Shrub Growth On Grasslands And Sandy Grasslands (I.E. Agricultural Land Covered With Herbaceous Vegetation Without Or With Little Invasive Species Of Herbaceous Plants) And The Collection And Export Of Biomass, B) Limiting The Occurrence Of Herbaceous Invasive Species By Manual Removal, Pulling Out, Digging Or Mechanical Mowing (Depending On The Density Of The Species, The Availability Of The Area For The Treatment) And The Collection And Export Of Biomass, C) Supporting Natural Succession In Transition Zones Between The Forest And Non-Forest Ecosystems (Hereinafter Ecotone Zones), Landscape Protection Treatments Related To The Preservation Of Mid-Field Fire Stations And Trees In Places Of Former Farms, Tidying Up Fruit Orchards And Carrying Out Work Depending On Needs (E.G. Manual Mowing, Grubbing Up And/Or Uprooting And/Or Digging Up And/Or Trimming Plants, Maintenance Works), D) Ongoing Repair Of Seedling Protection, Removal Of Solid Waste During The Above-Mentioned Activities. Works, Removal Of Waste, Biomass And Their Disposal.2) Below Are Explanations Specifying The Meaning Of The Words Mentioned In Section 1 Above: A) Invasive Herbaceous Plant Species Means Non-Native Species That Cause Or Have The Potential To Cause Environmental Damage, Economic Losses Or Pose A Threat To Human Health. In Particular, Invasive Alien Species Have A Negative Impact On Biodiversity, Including Reducing Populations Or Eliminating Native Species. These Include, Among Others: Late And Canadian Goldenrod, Japanese Knotweed, Glandular And Small-Flowered Impatiens) And Other Geographically Foreign Species; B) Reduction Means Actions Aimed At Reducing The Occurrence Of Plants Of Invasive Species In A Specific Area; C) Removal Means Actions Aimed At Eliminating The Occurrence Of Plants Of An Invasive Species Or Species In A Specific Area (Mainly As A Result Of Grubbing Up And/Or Uprooting And/Or Excavation). Due To The Possibility Of The Species Growing, E.G. Through Underground Parts Of The Plant, The Species Is Removed From A Given Area For A Specified Period Of Time.
