Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Care Services For Residents Of The Rojewo Commune As Part Of The Grant Project Entitled Social Premium

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence Of Persons Receiving Assistance Who Are Residents Of The Rojewo Commune, In Accordance With Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance.2.Care Services Should Be Understood As Services Tailored To The Specific Needs Of People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require Assistance In The Form Of Care Services Provided By People With At Least Primary Education, Trained - Completion Of A Pck Course Or Internal Training In The Field Of Caring For The Sick At Home, Intellectually Fit, Able To Operate Basic Household Equipment (Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner, Electric Kettle, Gas Or Other Stove, Electric Kettle), Having The Ability To Establish And Maintain Proper Contacts Interpersonal.3.The Place Of Performance Of Services Is The Place Of Residence Of The Client.4.The Detailed Scope, Period And Place Of Provision Of Services Are Determined By The Decisions Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Rojewo (Hereinafter Referred To As Gops).5.The Expected Maximum Number Of Hours Of Services During The Contract Period Is 14,600 Hours. 6. One Hour Of Provision Of Services Is Understood As 60 Minutes Of Actual Provision Of Services To The Person Receiving Assistance. The Time Needed To Provide Services Does Not Include Travel Time To The Place Where They Are Performed.7.Estimated Number Of Beneficiaries: 128. The Number Of Hours May Change Depending On The Number Of Beneficiaries Or Actual Needs, As Well As In Situations Resulting From Reasons Not Attributable To The Ordering Party, Which Cannot Be Predicted, And Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Significantly Change The Number Of Care Recipients During The Term Of The Contract.9.The Principles Of Granting And The Scope Of Provision Of Services As Well As The Principles Of Payment For Services Are Established By Gops Pursuant To Art. 50 And Art. 96 Of The Act On Social Assistance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
