The Operational Leasing Agreement May Be Concluded On The Standard Template Of The Agreement Used By The Contractor, Subject To The Following Provisions Included In The Content Of The Agreement Or Attached In The Form Of An Annex To The Agreement: A) Leasing Period Of 3 Years - 36 Equal Leasing Installments, Counting From The Date Of Handing Over The Vehicle To The Ordering Party For Use, B) Initial Payment - 40% Of The Gross Value Of The Vehicle; C) Option To Purchase The Vehicle For 10% Of The Initial Gross Value Of The Vehicle, Provided That All Receivables Under The Leasing Agreement Are Repaid; D) Leasing Installments With A Fixed, Unchanging Interest Rate During The Duration Of The Leasing Agreement, Payable Once A Month On The Basis Of Issued Invoices;
