The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A District Warehouse In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Together With Exhibition And Educational Services For Children And Youth, Together With The Construction Of A Gazebo, Construction Of Container Farm Buildings, And Reconstruction And Expansion Of Technical Infrastructure And The Road System Along With Hardening Of The Area, In Accordance With The Construction And Executive Documentation, To The Extent Enabling The Use Of The Building In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Scope And Type Of Works Include, Among Others: Stage I: 1) Performance Of All Necessary Works Preparatory And Earthworks For The Construction Of A Warehouse Building, 2) Construction Of A District Warehouse Building For Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Including Exhibition And Education Services For Children And Youth, As Well As All Installations. 3) Application For Use Of The First Stage Of Works To The Construction Supervision And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For The Warehouse Facility. Stage I May Not Exceed 70% Of The Planned Works. Stage Ii: 1) Development Of The Area Includes The Construction Of New Hardening Surfaces, Reconstruction Of Existing Ones And Reconstruction And Expansion Of Technical Infrastructure, 2) Reconstruction Of The Road Connector, 3) Construction Of A Maneuvering Area, Road And Pedestrian Communication And Parking Spaces, 4) Drainage Of Hardening Elements, 5) Construction Of External Lighting, 6) Elements Of Small Architecture - Baskets And Charging Stations For Electric Vehicles, 7) Removal Of The Existing One And Construction Of A New One Panel Fencing Along The Entire Northern Part Of The Plot And Construction Of A New, Widened Entrance Gate To The Plot Along With The Removal Of The Existing One, 8) Other Works Provided For In The Project For The Above Scope Of Work, Excluding The Gazebo, Educational Paths, Benches, Educational Boards.
