The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Includes The Design, Delivery Of Equipment And All Necessary Elements, Construction, Assembly And Commissioning Of 41 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Prażmów Commune. The Works Will Be Carried Out On Private Properties. The Treatment Plants Will Accept Domestic Sewage From Individual Households, In An Amount Not Exceeding 5 M3/D For A Single Property. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Treatment Plants Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 12566-3:2005+A2:2013 Standard - Small Sewage Treatment Plants For The Calculated Number Of Inhabitants (Olm) Up To 50, Part 3: Container-Type And/Or Site-Mounted Household Wastewater Treatment Plants Sewage Treatment Plants And Had The Ce Marking. The Scope Of Works Includes The Complete Construction Of The Treatment Plant Along With The Treated Sewage Disposal System, Electrical Power Supply And Technical And Technological Commissioning. If The Conditions Of A Given Location Require It, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Purchase, Deliver And Install A Pumping Station For Purified Raw Sewage Or Both Devices. After Completing The Works And Start-Up, The Sewage Treatment Plants Should Purify The Sewage To The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Maritime Economy And Inland Navigation Of July 12, 2019 On Substances Particularly Harmful To The Aquatic Environment And The Conditions To Be Met When Discharging Sewage Into Water Or Land As Well As When Discharging It. Rainwater Or Meltwater Into Water Or Water Facilities (Parameters For Areas Outside The Agglomeration). The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Stages Of Execution: 1) Stage 1 - Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Cost Estimates, Individually For Each Home Sewage Treatment Plant, Hereinafter Referred To As Poś, Including: A) Development Of Design Documentation For 41 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Prażmów Commune, On Properties Indicated By The Ordering Party And Owned By Natural Persons; The Ordering Party Has Design Documentation For The Remaining 2 Pieces Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants And Will Provide It To The Contractor After Concluding The Agreement; B) Obtaining The Required Decisions, Permits And Notifications. Stage 2 - Carrying Out Construction Works Consisting In The Delivery And Installation Of 41 Home Sewage Treatment Plants, Assuming The Following Conditions: A) Delivery Of Equipment; B) Performance Of Construction Works; C) Commissioning And Operational Tests Of The Treatment Plant; D) Conducting User Training; E) Performance Of Works Post-Implementation; F) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
