The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Repair Of The Drainage System, B) Repair Of Elements Of Stands For Fans, C) Replacement Of The Flagpole, D) Repair Of The Paving Stone Surface, E) Replacement Of Fixtures Lighting, F) Renovation Of Football Goals - 2 Pieces, G) Renovation Of The Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface, H) Renovation Of The Fence And) Renovation Of The Locker Room Facilities. 3. Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet All Requirements Regarding The Accessibility Of Communication Routes For Disabled People In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518).4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Article 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Requirement Of Employment Under An Employment Relationship Applies To Manual Workers Directly Performing Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of: A) Earthworks, B) Works Paving Works, C) Installation Works, D) Concrete Works, E) Painting Works, F) Assembly Works. The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Freelance Professions, Including Designers, Construction Managers And Works Managers. 5. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A List Of These Persons Along With A Statement Confirming Their Employment Under An Employment Contract, As Well As, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Evidence Indicating Their Employment Under An Employment Contract The Ordering Party To Submit A List Of Persons Together With A Statement Confirming That They Are Employed Under An Employment Contract And That They Are Not In Arrears With The Payment Of Remuneration As At The Date Of Submitting The Declaration.
