Subject Of The Order 1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of Single- Or Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Detached, Semi-Detached Or Terraced, On Plots No. 196/2, 197 And 199, Ligota Zabrska District 0030, At Ul. Pocztowa In Gliwice, Along With Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Permits, Including A Final Decision On The Building Permit, And Performing Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Implementation Of Construction Works1.2.The Design Documentation Will Be Developed On The Basis Of The Preliminary Architectural And Urban Planning Concept Presented By The Contractor In The Offer And Then Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Order Documents1.3.As Part Of The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit One Preliminary Concept Of Development And Development Of The Investment Area (Architectural And Urban Planning Concept), Developed In A Simplified Form, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Employers Requirements. The Concept Will Be Assessed Within The Offer Evaluation Criteria, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Section Xix Of The Swz.2.Scope Of The Order2.1.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 2.1.1.Development Of One Preliminary Concept Of Development And Development Of The Investment Area, In A Simplified Form, Constituting An Element Of The Offer;2.1.2.Development, After Concluding The Contract, Of A Comprehensive Architectural And Urban Concept Based On The Preliminary Concept Presented By The Contractor In The Offer, Taking Into Account The Comments, Guidelines And Requirements Of The Ordering Party;2.1.3.Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Plot Or Area Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Designs, D) Network And Connection Designs, E) Reconstruction Designs Or Removal Of Possible Conflicts, F) Exit Design, G) Industry Studies Related To Land Development, H) Other Design Studies Required For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment; 2.1.4.Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes And Other Required Studies, Research, Analyzes And Expert Opinions;2.1.5.Obtaining The Required Technical Conditions For Connection To The Network And Other Conditions Necessary To Prepare Design Documentation;2.1.6.Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Agreements, Permits And Other Documents Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit;2.1.7.Obtaining A Decision Regarding The Removal Of Trees And Shrubs, If Required, Along With The Development Of The Required Documentation, Including A Design For Replacement Plantings And Updating The Greenery Inventory;2.1.8.Development Of Technical Specifications For T
