1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Workshop. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. An Integral Part Of The Opz Are Explanations Of The Content Of The Swz Attached To The Documentation In Annex No. 1B To The Swz.3. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule, With The Following Scope Expected To Be Completed In 2026: Earthworks And Foundation Works, Shell Construction (Walls, Structure And Roof Covering), Thermal And Moisture-Proof Roof Insulation, Sheet Metal Work, Gutters, Installation Of Windows, Doors, Garage Doors And Window Sills, External And Internal Electrical Installation, Lightning Protection Installation 4. As Part Of The Preparatory Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Arrangement Design Including The Equipment Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Rules For Accepting The Design Of The Arrangement And Carrying Out The Work Are Described In The Ppu. The Supply Of Equipment Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer The Risks Related To The Implementation Of Possible Replacement Projects, The Performance Of Replacement And Additional Works Resulting From The Target Workshop Equipment. 5. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference.
