3.1 The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of The System Along With The Commissioning Of Stage Lighting For The Study Hall Of The Norwid Theater In Jelenia Góra. 3.2 The Order Is Implemented On The Basis Of The Financing Agreement No. Fenx.07.01-Ip.04-0036/24-00 Of The Project Improvement Of The Attractiveness Of The Cyprian Kamil Norwid Theater In Jelenia Góra Under The Measure Fenx.07.01 Infrastructure Of Culture And Cultural Tourism, Priority Fenx.07 Culture. Program: European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Measure 7.1 Cultural Infrastructure And Cultural Tourism Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. 3.3 Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Order Were Not Granted To It. 3.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions.3.5 The Contractor Is Required To Submit, Together With The Offer, A Properly Completed Annex No. 1A To Volume I Of The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Offered Product.3.6 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Brand New Devices, Unused, Not For Exhibition, 2) Purchase, Transport, Packaging, Unloading, Bringing In, Setting Up, Installation, Commissioning And Integration At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Carrying Out Tests (In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations - If Applicable) Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Functions Described In The Swz And Providing Warranty Services, Warranty Inspections (At Least One Inspection No Earlier Than Half A Year Before The Warranty Expires), 3) Carrying Out At Least 1-Day Training (Min. 3 Hours) For 2 Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Equipment Operation At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E.
