The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Following Tasks: Task No. 1 - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In Borowiec. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Design Concept For The Sanitary Sewage Network Along With The Presentation Of System Solutions That Are Economically Beneficial For The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account Both The Costs Of Investment Implementation And Subsequent Operation Of The System. The Contractor Is Obliged To Optimize The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage Network In Technical, Economic And Operational Terms, Taking Into Account The Minimization Of Construction Costs, The Length Of The Network, The Number Of Pumping Stations And The Costs Of Subsequent Infrastructure Maintenance; 2) Preparing Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network; 3) Designing Sanitary Sewage Connections To Plots For Which A Building Permit Has Been Issued Or An Effective Notification Of Construction Works Has Been Made. The Scope Of The Designed Connections Will Be Finally Approved By The Ordering Party. 4) Obtaining Final Documents Authorizing The Commencement Of Construction Works And All Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain It. The Approximate Area Covered By The Design Study And The Planned Route Of The Sanitary Sewage Network Are Presented On The Overview Maps Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage Network Presented In The Attachment Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute A Final Design Solution.
