The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Occasional Transport (Within The Meaning Of Article 4 Point 11 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport) Of People - Students Of The Warsaw University Of Technology - For A Trip Starting And Ending In Poland, With The Journey Between The Starting And Destination Place Taking Place Without Crossing The Border Of The Republic Of Poland. The Scope Of The Order As Part Of The Service In Question, Including The Dates And Times Of Departure/Return, The Routes Of Each Transport Task, The Number Of Participants In The Trip And Detailed Requirements For The Performance Of The Services Covered By The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
