1. Part I - Delivery Of Computer Hardware, Network Devices And Software Along With Implementation Services.2. A Detailed Description Of Part I Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Descriptions In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Contain Minimum Requirements For The Products And Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer Products And Services With Better Technical Or Operational Parameters.4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Certificates, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And The Words Or Equivalent Apply.5. In Each Case When The Ordering Party In The Swz Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, An Equivalent Solution Is Allowed Provided That The Solution Offered Meets The Requirements In Terms Of Functionality And Strength (Durability) Expected By The Ordering Party And Is Consistent With The Description Of Equivalence.6. The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense And Risk, In Non-Returnable Factory Packaging, To The Ordering Partys Registered Office - Barciany, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 2, To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party.7. The Delivered Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Technically Efficient, Together With The Required Controllers, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.8.The Delivered Devices And Equipment Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel Intended For The European Union. The Use Of The Delivered Products By The Ordering Party Cannot Constitute A Violation Of The Manufacturers Rights.9.The Provided Software Licenses Must Be Perpetual, Unless The Nature Of The Product Requires A Subscription, They Must Be Registered In The Name Of The Ordering Party, Not The Contractor Or Intermediary Entity, And They Must Cover The Full Scope Of Functionality Described In The Swz, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Modules.10.The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense And Risk, At The Ordering Partys Registered Office - Barciany, Ul. Polish Army 2/11.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And With Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.
