The Bidder May Not Offer Exactly The Same Product As For One Line. If The Bidder Offers The Same Product For More Than One Line, These Bids Will Be Rejected As Contrary To The Request For Bids. The Bidder May Leave Several Bids On The Same Line If The Offered Products Differ From Each Other In Terms Of Product Characteristics. In This Case, The Bidder Fills In The Information For The Products Of The Same Line That They Are Bidding For In Separate Procurement Programs And Attaches Them As An Attachment To Their Bid.
