Software Package And Information Systems – Legal Ai Workspace. The Legal Ai Workspace Software To Be Procured Must Be A Specialized Working Environment That Supports Specialist Legal Work In The Kfw Group Using Generative Artificial Intelligence. The Software Is Used In Particular For Legal Research, Analysis And Preparation Of Legal Content As Well As For The (Partially) Automated Creation, Revision And Structuring Of Documents And Other Legal Work Results. Users Are The People In The Legal Department As Well As Other Departments And Subsidiaries In The Kfw Group. A Legal Ai Workspace Connects Large Language Models With Specialized Processing Layers Optimized For Working With Legal Content. It Differs From General Ai Assistants In That It Brings Together Specialist Legal Processes In A Uniform Working Environment And Uses Mechanisms That Are Essential For The Professional Application Of Law. These Include In Particular: The Comprehensible Anchoring Of Generated Statements In Verifiable Sources, The Structured Processing Of Complex Documents And The Rule-Based Examination Of Contract Content. The Software Must Provide The Following Core Functions. Legal Research: The Software Must Be Able To Answer Complex Legal Questions Based On Relevant Legal Sources. Every Statement Generated Must Be Traced Back To Concrete, Verifiable Sources (In Particular Laws, Case Law, Comment Literature) And Made Transparent To Users. Kfw Views Integrated Access To Curated Legal Databases As A Quality-Enhancing Feature. The Software Must Also Be Able To Work With Documents And Internal Knowledge Databases Provided By Kfw. Document Analysis And Contract Evaluation: The Software Must Be Able To Process And Evaluate The Content Of Documents, Including Complex Structured Contracts, Tabular Content And Scanned Documents, Without Losing Essential Structural Information. This Includes The Ability To Systematically And Completely Compare Contract Contents Against Specified Audit Standards. Copywriting And Drafting Support: The Software Must Support The Creation And Revision Of Legal Texts, Particularly Draft Contracts, Memoranda And Opinions. Suggested Changes Must Be Immediately Traceable In The Document; Simply Providing Generated Text For Manual Adoption By Users Does Not Meet The Requirements. The Software Complements General Ai Software Already Used At Kfw. The New Software Is Operated As An Independent Tool And Uses A Model Infrastructure Provided By The Contractor. The Software Is Expected To Significantly Increase Efficiency And Quality In Daily Legal Advice, Document Creation And Review, And Recurring
