The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Scheduled To Begin On April 1, 2027 And Will Initially Be Concluded For A Period Of 2 Years. There Is Then The Option Of Extending The Term By A Maximum Of 2 Additional Years By Mutual Agreement. The Luhs Hazardous Waste Disposal Is Coordinated Centrally By The Central Waste Management Unit Zbe (Client). The Tendered Services Include The Adr Dangerous Goods Classes 2-6, 8 + 9. Asps, Boxes For Fluorescent Tubes, Mesh Boxes, Extraction Trolleys). A List Of The Various Luh Locations Is Included In Appendix Table 3. The Use Of Approved Adr Vehicles Is Also A Prerequisite For The Award Of The Contract. The Other Attached Tables Initially Show The Waste According To The Specified Disposal Procedures For Each Type Of Waste (Avv Numbers, See Table 1). The Disposal Verification Procedure Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Electronic Verification Procedure Or The Collective Disposal Verification. The Verification Procedures Are Carried Out By The Contractor Free Of Charge. The Container Rents For Different Container Sizes Must Be Stated In Table 2. The Prices For The Complete Disposal Process Are Broken Down In Table 1 According To Price Per T, Logistics (Journey, Working Hours) And Consignment Note Fee And Are Indicated By Entries In The Appropriate Fields.
