The Desired Occupational Health And Safety Services Are Threefold: (1) Absenteeism Prevention; (2) Absenteeism Guidance And (3) Taking Over The Current Tasks Regarding Scheduling Appointments And Support In Difficult Cases For The Manager (By Monitoring Files And Intervening In A Timely Manner With Incorrect Files). In Recent Years, Asg Has Used Company Doctors For An Average Of 20 Hours Per Week (Assuming 40 Weeks Per Year). The Costs For This Amounted To An Average Of € 250,000 Per Year. Based On The New Desired Situation, With A Different Interpretation And Expansion Of Services Compared To Previous Years, An Annual Contract Value Of € 500,000 Is Assumed.
