Prequalifications are invited for Construction of One Block of Three Classrooms at Babban Gida Primary School, Ringim LGA Prospective bidders are required to collect tender documents from the Ministry of Basic Education Block B New Secretarial Complex Dutse Jigawa State, from the date of this publication to 4th September, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, excluding holidays, upon the payment of non-refundable tender fee as amended by Jigawa State Government to Jigawa State Government Revenue account 1011289787 at Zenith Bank, and submit the evidence of payment to the Jigawa State Ministry of Basic Education. SUBMISSION OF COMPLETED TENDER DOCUMENTS Pre-qualification and financial bids should be submitted in two different sealed envelopes and labeled Pre-qualification Bid and Financial Bid, respectively, with the companys name indicated on one side of the envelope. Both envelopes should be sealed in one envelope and marked with the project name at the topright hand corner and addressed to: The Secretary Tender Committee, Ministry of Basic Education Block B New Secretariat Complex Dutse Jigawa State, not later than 16th October, 2026, by 12 noon. All documents for submissions must be transmitted with a forwarding letter dully signed by the companys representative under the companys letterhead bearing the contact address, telephone number (preferably GSM number) and email address. The financial bid shall contain a bid security of not less than 2% of the quoted bid price by way of bank guarantee or insurance bond issued by reputable bank of insurance company acceptable by the procuring entity. The bid validity period should be 42 days from the deadline of the bid submission date.
