Tenders are invited for Provision of Coaching/Supervision Services for 29 CBO Professionals. Provision of Coaching/Supervision Services for 29 CBO Professionals SOS Childrens Villages Palestine invites qualified individuals/consultants to submit their proposals for providing Coaching/Supervision services to 29 professionals working with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Bethlehem and/or Hebron. Assignment Duration: 10 consecutive months, consisting of 10 monthly sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, delivered through a hybrid approach (in-person/online). Key Requirements: PhD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in MHPSS and/or coaching/supervision services. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Psychological First Aid (PFA), trauma-informed approaches, safeguarding, PSEA, and referral systems. Experience in delivering participatory and group-based coaching sessions for professionals. Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an added advantage. Previous experience working within the Palestinian context and with NGOs/community-based organizations in Bethlehem and/or Hebron is preferred.
