1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In The Towns Of Człekówka, Chrosna, Skorupy And Kołbiel In The Kołbiel Commune. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sewage Network (Gravity, Pressure) With Connections In The Following Scope: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With A Length Of 1083.1 M (Pp-Md Sn 10 Dn200 Mm) And 1881.2 M (Pp-Md Sn 10 Dn315 Mm), 2) Construction Of A Pressure Sewage System With A Length Of 2004.23 M (Pe Sdr) 17.6 Dn180 Mm), 176 M (Pe Sdr 17.6 Dn110 Mm),3) Construction Of Connections 423 M (Pp-Md Sn 10 Dn160 Mm).3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Terms Of Execution, Method Of Payment And Other Elements Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And Are Also Described In Detail In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.4.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Restore The Condition Of The Road Surface To The State Before The Commencement Of The Works Under The Supervision Of The Works Manager. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Construction Works Should Be Carried Out Without Excavation, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Open Road Surfaces Only In Places Of Open Excavation, 2) Obtain A Certificate Of No Objection From The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Otwock, 3) Organize The Construction Site, Secure, Maintain And Liquidate The Construction Site And Mark The Construction Site With Boards In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 4) Provide Facilities And A Construction Office Of A Size And With Equipment Enabling Conducting Construction Meetings, 5) Temporary Traffic Organization - Design, Maintenance, Liquidation, Including Ensuring Access To The Property For Owners/Residents, 6) Surveying Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark Out The Facilities In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Markings Are Correct And To Report Any Errors, Ambiguities And Deviations To The Supervision Inspector Before The Commencement Of The Works. 7) Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning Of The Pumping Station, Control, Monitoring And Data Transmission, 8) Performance Of All Preparatory And Auxiliary Works, Demolition Works, Waste Disposal, Felling Of Trees And Bushes, Tidying Up The Area, Temporary Traffic Organization, 9) Carrying Out Tests And Commissioning Of The Network, 10) Conducting Training Of Persons Designated By The Ordering Party, 11) Developing Complete As-Built Documentation - As-Built Surveying Inventory And Acceptance Documentation (Assessment Report),12) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Required) Or Positive Acceptance Of The Completion Of Works (If Required) Or An Equivalent Document.
