The Project Site Is Hotel-Restaurant Tulikettu, Which Is Located In Sotkamos Church Village At Tervatie 3, 88600 Sotkamo. The Demolition Site Includes The Main Building With Its Hotel Wing And Restaurant And Kitchen Buildings, As Well As An External Wooden Performance Canopy. The Heating And Lighting Poles Connected To The Property Will Be Dismantled From The Outside Area. The Demolition Contract Also Includes Dismantling And Removing The Movables Remaining On The Site From The Building, Including Recycling And Waste Fees, As Well As The Costs Of Removal. The Extent Of The Building Is 4810 Brm2. The Contract Is Performed As A Total Contract At A Total Price. The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer In Accordance With Yse 1998 And The Legislation.
