The Subject Of The Noise Survey Is The Environmental Noise Caused By The Streets And Highways In The Turku City Area, As Well As Some Isolated Sites. In Addition To The Environmental Noise Survey, The Procurement Includes An Action Plan For Noise Control, Which Will Be Carried Out In 2028. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Job Description Attached To The Request For Tenders And The Applicable Laws And Regulations. It Is About The Preparation Of The Turku City Noise Survey 2027 And The Turku City Noise Control Action Plan 2029 - 2033 (Mtts). The Work Will Prepare A Noise Report Meeting The Requirements Of Vna 801/2004 And Mtts For The Turku City Area. The Noise Survey Is Done And Reported First, And The Information Obtained From It Serves As Input Data For Mtts. The Mtts Is Intended To Be An Update Work, Where The Starting Point Is The Previous Mtts (Turu Noise Control Action Plans 2018 - 2022 And 2024 - 2028). The Required Work Completion Schedule Is Indicated In The Job Description. In Accordance With The Government Decree On Noise Surveys And Noise Control Action Plans 1107/2021, The Noise Surveys Of The Fifth Stage Must Be Ready And Entered In The Environmental Protection Information System By June 30, 2027. Mtts Must Be Ready And Registered In The Environmental Protection Information System On July 18, 2029. The Noise Survey Will Be Carried Out In Cooperation With The City Of Turku And The Väylävirasto. The Tender Must Present And Describe At A General Level The Tenderers Action Plan For The Implementation Of The Work. 1 Supplier Will Be Selected.
