The Subject Of The Award Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of Specific Consumables For Specific Items, As Follows:Dedicated Item No. 1 - Robot Consumables - Assisted Surgery Estimated Value - Eur 560,000.00 Excluding Vat;Separate Item No. 2 - Specific Consumables For Anesthesia, Resuscitation And Intensive Care Compatible With Servo And Flow Devices - Eur 280,000.00 Excluding Vat; Important: According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order.Based On The Above:Separate Item No. 3 - Spe Columns For Solid Phase Extraction For A Period Of 36 Months - Will Be Awarded In The Order Applicable According To Its Individual Value, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item: €25,000.00 Excluding Vat.Separate Item No. 4 - Laboratory Consumables For A Chemical-Toxicological Laboratory For A Period Of 36 Months - Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable According To Its Individual Value, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item: €20,000.00 Excluding Vat.Specific Item No. 5 - Reagents And Chemicals For A Chemical-Toxicology Laboratory For A Period Of 36 Months - Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable According To Its Individual Value, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item: €25,500.00 Excluding Vat. The Scope And Main Parameters Of The Medical Consumables Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Participation Documentation - Appendix No. 1. The Offered Consumables Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification. Pursuant To The Provision Of Art. 48 Para. 2 And Art. 49 Para. 2 Of The Zop To Be Considered Added Or Equivalent Wherever Standards, Technical Approvals Or Specifications Or Other Technical Benchmarks Are Specified In The Documentation Or Technical Specification Under This Order, As Well As When A Model, Source, Process, Trademark, Patent, Type, Origin Or Production Are Specified.
