The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Technological Equipment In Connection With A Complex Set Of Sub-Technologies Forming A Functional Whole, Which Will Allow Achieving The Desired Results Of Saving Material Inputs Thanks To The Optimization Of The Process Of Preparation, Cutting And Handling Of Logs For Joinery Lumber Within The Project More Effective Management Of Resources In The Nema Company, Implemented With The Support Of Op Tak Program Funds. The Client Requires The Supply Of Technology, Including Its Design, Which Will Enable The Implementation Of The Project, Namely: Technology For The Removal Of Lumber From The Sawmill For Manual Sorting And Storage, Including The Supporting Structure And The Structure For The Operation, Exchange And Service Of Tools For Complex Technology For Optimizing The Process Of Preparation, Cutting And Handling Of Logs For Joinery Lumber.The Delivery Will Include The Relevant Technological Equipment With Accessories, Installation (Or Control Software And Recovery, If It Is Part Of The Proposed Solution) At The Place Of Execution Of The Order, Including Project And Technical (Including Drawing) Documentation. Where Reference Is Made To A Specific Item, This Does Not Lead To The Favoring Or Exclusion Of Certain Products Or Suppliers. The Designation Also Respects Industry Standards And Designations Necessary For The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order. The Client Also Allows For Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. Nevertheless, The Requested Performance Must Be Compatible With The Clients Existing Systems, As Well As With The Project Concept And The Solution Proposed During Its Implementation. This Fact Is Based On The Clients Request That, Where The Offered Product Would Be Incompatible With Already Used Devices Or Systems, Its Adaptation To The Clients Operation Would Cause Extraordinary Difficulties.The Expected Value Of The Order Is A Total Of Czk 6,200,000 Excluding Vat.All Costs Incurred By Tenderers In This Tender And In Connection With It Shall Be Borne By The Tenderers Themselves. According To § 2E Of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., On Financial Control In Public Administration, The Selected Contractor Is A Person Obliged To Cooperate In The Performance Of Financial Control. The Contracting Authority Declares That This Tender Is Not A Public Business Competition Or A Public Promise, And It Is Not A Public Contract Implemented In Accordance With Act No. 137/2006 Coll. On Public Contracts. Facts And Relationships Not Expressly Regulated By This Procurement Documentation Are Governed By The Rules For The Selection Of Suppliers Of The Op Tak Program. Submit Offers In The Czech Language. The Contracting Authority Will Not Negotiate On Submitted Bids. Communication With Participants Takes Place Primarily Electronically By Publishing Information On The Profile Of The Contracting Authority, Especially If It Is The Result Of A Selection Procedure Or The Exclusion Of A Participant.
