The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Three Apartment Buildings On Hornosušská Street No. 996–998 In Horní Suchá. The Construction Mainly Includes Structural Modifications Of Apartment Buildings, Insulation Of External Skins, Reconstruction Of Roof Skins, Replacement Of Plumbing Structures, Modifications Of Technical Equipment Of Buildings, Related Structural Modifications And Other Construction Works According To The Project Documentation. The Reconstruction Will Be Carried Out In Individual Stages While Maintaining The Continuity Of The Tenants Housing. After The Reconstruction Of The First Apartment Building Is Completed, It Is Put Into Use And The Relevant Permit Is Issued, The Tenants Will Be Moved From The Next Apartment Building To The Newly Renovated Building. Only Then Will It Be Possible To Start The Reconstruction Of Another Apartment Building. The Same Procedure Will Be Applied During The Implementation Of The Last Stage Of Construction. Adherence To This Phasing Is A Basic Condition For The Implementation Of The Public Contract.
