The Subject Of The Contract Is Product Management Of The Development And Deployment Of An Ai-Driven Platform For Horeca Data Analysis (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Services) In Europe, Including Coordination Of The Internal Team Of The Contracting Authority And External Suppliers, Monitoring The Schedule And Budget Of The Project And Ensuring The Quality Of Outputs.The Specific Scope Of Performance Includes:Product Management According To Agile Methodology (Scrum Or Equivalent) - Planning Sprints, Conducting Regular Stand-Ups And Retrospectives.Coordination Of Cooperation Between The Internal Team Of The Client And External Suppliers Of Technical Components (Nlp/Ml Specialist, Data Engineer).Definition And Monitoring Of Product Success Metrics (Kpis) And Regular Reporting Of Product Status Against Milestones.Creation And Management Of Product Documentation – User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product Specifications.Communication With Product Stakeholders, Including Czechinvest, And Feedback Collection.
