Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Rental Of Desktop Computers And Monitors With A Framework Agreement (Mini Tenders)

The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For The Purchase And/Or Rental Of Desktop Computers And/Or Monitors Together With Software Licenses, Additional Devices And Components. The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded Extends To All The State Institutions Mentioned In The Order And To The Joint Procurers Who Joined The Procurement On The Basis Of A Power Of Attorney. The Expected Cost Has Been Determined With A Certain Margin, So That Possible Needs Arising In The Future Can Fit Within The Expected Cost Of The Framework Agreement. Based On The Practice Of The European Court Of Justice, The Framework Agreement Must Be Considered Terminated When The Upper Limit Of The Estimated Cost Has Been Met.
