As Part Of The Service, Candidates Admitted To Submit A Project Will Receive An Offer Phase Consultation Regulation Which Will Detail The Documents To Be Provided. This Consultation Is Carried Out In Application Of Articles L. 2172-1 And R. 2172-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R. 2122-6 Of The Public Procurement Code, At The End Of The Competition, The Contracting Authority May Proceed With The Award Of A Contract Without Prior Advertising Or Competitive Bidding With The Winner. As Part Of This Contract And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R. 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Possibility Of Concluding With The Holder Of This Contract, Without New Competition, One Or More Contracts For The Purpose Of Carrying Out Services Similar To Those Entrusted Under This Contract, Provided That These Services Comply With The Initial Project And That The Cumulative Amount Of These Contracts Respects The Regulatory Thresholds In Force. It Is Recalled That The Project Management Mission Is Incompatible With Any Mission Of Project Management Mandate, Assistance To The Project Owner, Execution Of Works Or Technical Control Relating To The Works Or Works Covered By This Contract. Participation In The Application Phase Entails Full And Unreserved Acceptance By Competitors Of These Competition Regulations. Total Or Partial Non-Compliance With The Provisions And Rules Of The Competition May Result In The Exclusion Of Competitors. Persons Who Have Taken Part In The Organization And Running Of The Competition, In The Development Of The Program, Members Of Their Family, Descendants Or Ascendants And Their Collateral, Their Associates, Grouped Or Having Common Professional Interests, As Well As Members Of The Jury Cannot Compete And Participate In Project Management Missions, Directly Or Indirectly.
