On Trzebiatowski Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences Include: Supervision Of The Monitoring System Of The Institutes Premises, Service Of Employees And Visitors (Including Guests) At The Main Reception Desk, Service Of Employees And Business Visitors With Cars In The Parking Lot And The Reception Desk Located At The Entrance Gate To The Facility, And Receiving And Redirecting Incoming Calls. Okólnej 2 In Wrocław, Based On One Concierge (One Workstation, I.E. Internal Concierge - Main) In A 24-Hour System, B) Ul. Gajowicka 95 In Wrocław, Based On One Concierge (One Workstation) From Monday To Friday From 4:00 P.M. To 8:00 A.M., Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays 24 Hours A Day. An Institute Employee Will Provide Services From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M., Monday To Friday. In The Event Of The Absence Of An Employee Of The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Contractor To Provide A Porter Service Between 8:00 And 16:00 On Working Days, For Additional Remuneration Resulting From The Number Of Additional Working Hours, According To The Contractual Rate. Employees Performing Porter Services Will Be Familiarized By The Ordering Party With The Topography And Organizational Structure Of The Facilities. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Train Employees Indicated By The Contractor, Designated To Provide Porter Services, In The Manner Of Performing The Tasks. Training Of New Gatehouse Employees Employed During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
