Drain Covers – Offer Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Well Materials (Covers, Frames And Grates, Etc.). The Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Well Materials In The Form Of Covers, Frames And Grates Etc. (Hereinafter Referred To As Brøndgods). The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With The Rules In Chapter Ii On Public Procurement Above The Threshold Values In The Tender Act (Lbkg 116 Of 3 February 2025 With Subsequent Amendments). The Framework Agreement Is Awarded To One Supplier In Accordance With The Award Criteria In The Tender Notices Section Award Criteria And Tender Conditions Section 7.2 And Is Entered Into Between The Contracting Parties Listed In The Tenders Section Organizations (Hofor), Cf. Also The Tender Conditions Section 1.2, And The Winning Tenderer As Supplier. The Brøndgoods Covered By The Framework Agreement Must Be Delivered To Hofors Two Business Areas – Waste Water And District Heating. The Scope And Content Of The Framework Agreement Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Framework Agreement With Annexes. Hofors Purchases On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Are Made By Direct Allocation On The Basis Of Hofors Prior Order. The Agreements Entered Into Between Hofor And The Supplier On The Basis Of Hofors Orders Constitute The Contracts For The Individual Purchases. Refer To Sections 6-7 Of The Draft Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive, As Hofor Is Entitled To Cover Its Need For Brøndgods With Other Suppliers. However, The Framework Agreement Imposes On Hofor A Purchase Obligation Corresponding To Hofors Annual Forecast With A Buffer As Described In Section 6 Of The Draft Framework Agreement. For Reasons Of Practical Contract Management And The Transaction Costs That Would Be Associated With Carrying Out And Administering Separate Tenders And Contracts For Each Of The Contracting Parties Listed In The Tender Notice Section Organizations And The Tender Conditions Section 1.2, Hofor Has Deemed It Most Appropriate To Tender One Overall Framework Agreement Instead Of Dividing The Purchase Into Sub-Contracts, Cf. Section 49, Subsection Of The Procurement Act. 2. One Overall Framework Agreement Also Ensures A More Efficient Coordination Of Orders And Deliveries Across Hofors Business Areas As Well As Uniform Quality, Delivery Security And The Possibility Of Maintaining Uniform Operating Regimes Across Business Areas.
