The Women Heads Of Household Program Aims To Promote The Economic Autonomy Of Women Through The Development Of Work Skills, Training And Access To Support Networks. It Is In This Context That It Is Necessary To Hire A Technical Training Organization To Provide Certified Training In Administrative Management And Customer Service, With A Minimum Of 50 Chronological Face-To-Face Hours. For 20 Women Participating In The Program, Aimed At Strengthening The Skills Of The Participants In The Area Of Customer Service, Retail And Administrative Management Strategies In Accordance With Standard Nch 2728:2015 In Training Services. The Objective Of Which Is Aimed At Improving Their Opportunities For Insertion Into The Formal Labor Market.
