This Notice Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tenders, And Its Publication Does Not Start A Tender. This Is An Advance Notice Of A Future Acquisition. The Advance Notification Is Accompanied By A Market Survey/Information Request, In Which Case Interested Companies Have The Opportunity To Have A Technical Dialogue Regarding The Purchase With The Purchasing Unit. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Survey The Solutions On The Market And To Obtain Comprehensive Information About Them, So That The Tender That Is Being Prepared Can Be Carried Out As Appropriately As Possible. Answering The Request For Information Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In The Tender And Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In It. The Facts Presented In The Request For Information Are Preliminary And May Change As The Procurement Preparation Progresses. The Object Of The Procurement Are The Biosafety Cabinets That Will Be Used By The Food Agency. The Purchase Includes Two (2) En 12469 Class Ii A Biosafety Cabinets For The Bsl-3 Laboratory. The Acquired Biosafety Cabinets Will Replace The Agencys Current Equipment That Has Reached The End Of Its Useful Life. The Purpose Of The Biosafety Cabinets Is To Protect Employees From Potentially Dangerous Biological Agents Handled During Work. In Addition, The Purchase Includes An Option To Purchase A Maximum Of Three (3) Similar Biosafety Cabinets Within Two (2) Years From The Start Of The Contract To Replace Broken Biosafety Cabinets Or Those That Have Reached The End Of Their Useful Life. The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of The Equipment, Putting It Into Working Order, Assembling And Installing It In The Spaces Assigned To Them.
