The Procured System Can Be Further Developed During The Contract Period. The Service Voucher And Purchase Service System Is Used To Issue Service Vouchers And Payment Commitments And To Purchase Services From Private Service Providers Or Other Public Actors. Through The System, It Is Necessary To Centralize The Creation And Use Of Service Vouchers And Purchase Service Orders (Commitment To Pay) And Accounting For The Services Provided To Private Service Providers Or Other Public Actors. The Service Voucher And Purchase Service System Must Take Into Account The Needs Of Both The Service Organizer And Producer And The Customer Using The Service. Through The System, The Service Organizer Must Have The Opportunity To Manage Service Provider Contracts, Plan The Service Offering, Issue Service Vouchers And Payment Commitments, Account For Payments, Repair Requests And Monitor Various Report Views. The Service Provider Must Have The Opportunity To Apply To Become A Service Provider Through The System.
