Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Consultation With The Population As Part Of The Revision Of The Local Intermunicipal Urban Plan (Plui). To Meet The Legal Framework Delimited By Article L.103-4 Of The Urban Planning Code, The Consultation Process Carried Out During The Gps&O Plui Revision Procedure Will Be Structured Around Three Axes Which Will Allow The Public: - To Find Out About The Revision Project Initiated And Its Progress; - To Express Oneself On The Project, Whether It Concerns Questions, Avenues For Reflection Or Concrete Proposals; - Discuss, In Particular By Participating In Activities And Meeting Times. The Services Will Give Rise To A Composite Contract Concluded In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract Partly At A Global And Fixed Price And Partly By Purchase Orders Placed In Accordance With The Terms Of Articles R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-4 And R. 2162-13 To R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code As Follows: - The Missions Are The Subject Of A Contract In Installments At Fixed Prices On The Basis Of The Breakdown Of The Overall Price And Flat Rate (Dpgf); - Additional Service Missions Are The Subject Of An Ordinary Purchase Order Contract On The Basis Of The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) As And When Required. The Unit Price Part Of The Market Is Concluded Within The Following Limits: Minimum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Market In Euro(S) Excluding Tax: No Minimum Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Market In Euro(S) Excluding Tax: 70,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
