Transformers - Procurement Of Power Station Reactors 2027-2029. The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Total Of Fifteen (15) Three-Phase 20 Kv Oil-Insulated Reactive Power Compensation Reactors To Be Delivered To Savon Voima Verkko Oys Substations Between 2027 And 2029. The Nominal Powers Of The Reactors Are 2–5 Mvar. Some Of The Reactors Are Equipped With An On-Load Tap-Changer Or On-Load Tap-Changer. Reactor-Specific Rated Powers, Control Types, Control Ranges, Minimum Number Of Steps, Delivery Destinations And Delivery Dates Are Presented In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders. The Procurement Includes: Reactor Design And Manufacturing Reactors With The Necessary Oil, Equipment, Protection Devices And Secondary Equipment Cabinets, Factory Acceptance Tests Of The Reactors, I.E. Fat Tests, Transport Of The Reactors From The Suppliers Factory To The Customers Specified Delivery Destinations Insurance, Import, Customs, Freight And Other Delivery Costs Drawings, Calculations, Operating And Maintenance Instructions, Test Protocols And Other Technical Documents Required For The Structure, Foundation Planning, Operation And Maintenance Of The Reactors Other Deliveries, Tasks And Obligations Defined In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Reactors Are Placed Outdoors Either In The Sky Or In A Canopy Above The Concrete Pool And Foundation. The Reactors Must Be Suitable For Continuous Year-Round Use In The Temperature Range -40...+40 °C. The Cooling Method Must Be Onan, The Winding Material Copper And The Switching Group Yn. The Nominal Voltage Of The Reactors Is 20.5 Kv And The Frequency Of The Electrical Grid Is 50 Hz. The Total Losses Of The Reactors At An Operating Temperature Of 75 °C May Not Exceed 0.6 Percent. The Tenderer Must State In His Offer The Total Losses Per Reactor At Nominal Power At An Operating Temperature Of 75 °C. The Loss Values Are Checked In The Fat Tests As Defined In The Tender Documents, And The Loss Costs Are Taken Into Account In The Comparison Of The Overall Economic Value Of The Offers. The External Steel Surfaces Of The Reactors Must Be Protected With The Duplex Corrosion Protection System Described In The Technical Specifications. Possible Separate Radiators Have The Same Corrosion Class Requirements As Other Metal Surfaces. Acceptance Tests Are Performed At The Manufacturers Factory. The Tests Include, For Example, Measurements Of Winding Resistances And Total Losses, Noise Level Measurement, Insulation Tests, Measurement Of Insulation Resistances And Checks Of The Operation Of Control And Protection Devices. The Subscriber Has The Right To Participate In The Tests Or To Nominate His Representative For Them. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Organization And Costs Of The Tests, With The Exception Of The Personal Participation Costs Of The Customers Representatives. The Delivery Condition Is Incoterms 2020 Ddp To The Delivery Destination Indicated In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tender. The Reactors Will Be Delivered To Substations Located In Savon Voima Verkko Oys Network Area In The Years 2027–2029. The Customer Has The Right To Change The Delivery Address Within His Domain Under The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documents. The Procurement Does Not Include The Installation Of The Reactors, Lifting Work And Operation
