In Order To Safely Maintain Its Network, Bls Netz Ag (Hereinafter Referred To As Bls) Requires Technical Warning Systems That Warn Staff In The Area Around The Track Of Approaching Trains. This Tender Is Intended To Award A Contract For The Delivery/Provision Of Mobile Warning Systems Across The Entire Bls Network. This Tender Is Intended To Conclude A Purchase/Supply Contract Including Maintenance And A Framework Agreement For Rental For The Next Three Years (Contract Start January 1, 2027) With An Option To Extend Twice One Year Each Up To A Maximum Of December 31, 2032.
