Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Supply Of Electricity As Part Of A Comprehensive Service For The Purposes Of Powering Premises And Buildings As Well As Street Lighting In The Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For The Chorzele Commune And Its Subordinate Units. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Electricity As Part Of A Comprehensive Service For The Purposes Of Powering Premises And Buildings And Street Lighting In The Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For The Chorzele Commune And Its Subordinate Units. 2) Supply Of Electricity As Part Of A Comprehensive Service In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. 3) The Expected Energy Consumption In The 12-Month Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Amounts To A Total Of 2,238.697 Mwh. 4) The List Of Collection Points And Expected Consumption At The Points Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - List Of Ppe - Annex No. 13 To The Swz. 5) The Ordering Party Informs That The Distribution System Operator (Dso) For The Electricity Consumption Points Covered By The Proceedings Is Pge Dystrybucja S.A. The Current Electricity Seller Is Energa-Obrót S.A. Comprehensive Contracts Are Concluded For The Indicated Consumption Points. 6) The Ordering Party Declares That The Expected Consumption Is Only An Approximate Value, Which May Be Increased Or Decreased. Regardless Of The Actual Consumption, The Seller Is Obliged To Apply The Energy Price Offered In The Tender Offer. The Seller May Not Pursue Any Claims From End Users If, During The Term Of The Contract, End Users Purchase A Smaller Or Larger Amount Of Electricity Than Expected, In Particular Due To An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Energy Consumption Points, A Change In The Tariff Group, A Change In The Ordered Power Or Technical Parameters Of Energy Consumption Points, Or Actual Energy Consumption. 7) If The Ordering Partys Demand For Electricity Increases During The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Order Size Up To 10% In Relation To The Size Of The Basic Order Specified In The Specification Of Order Conditions - Option Right. 8) At Ppe Points Where Photovoltaic Installations Are Currently Installed Or Are Planned To Be Launched, The Contractor Will Apply Settlements For The Prosumer As Part Of The Comprehensive Agreement. 9) Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards. 10) Electricity Will Be Used For The Needs Of The End User. 11) The Estimated Amount Of Energy Supplied During The Delivery Period Is 2,238,697 Kwh. Payers Will Conclude One Contract With The Contractor Covering All Points
