Standard Software Is Software That Has Already Been Developed And Is Not Programmed For An Individual Customer. In Contrast, Individual Software, Which Is Not Part Of This Award, Is Software That Is Developed Or Programmed Specifically For A Specific Customer. The Contract Term Of This Framework Agreement Begins On January 1St, 2027 And Has A Term Of Up To 4 Years (2 Years With Two Extension Options Of 12 Months Each). The Procurement Process Is Carried Out By Dataport In Order To Cover Its Own And Customer Needs. The Maximum Value To Be Stated In The Eu Notice For Framework Agreements Is 150% Of The Awarded Contract Value. This Means That The Client Will Request Services From This Framework Contract Up To A Maximum Of 150% Of The Total Offer Amount.
