The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Perpetual Office Software Licenses On The Terms Detailed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 3. The Products Offered Are To Be Standard Products - Widely Available On The Market (Commercial Off-The-Shelf - Cots). 4. The Offer Cannot Include Products, Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Negative Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4, Nor Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5.
