The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data And Information Contained In Detail In The Tender Documentation. The Contracting Authority Assumes The Following Basic Scope Of The Work Constituting The Public Order: - Acceptance Of Waste After Waste Incineration In Zevo Plzeň And Its Use Or Disposal In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste. Waste Is Regularly Assessed For The Exclusion Of Hazardous Properties, For Which A Certificate On The Exclusion Of Hazardous Properties Of Waste Is Available In Accordance With The Requirements Of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste And On The Amendment Of Certain Other Laws, As Amended And Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., On The Details Of Waste Management, - Performance Of Follow-Up Services Related To The Work, Such As In Particular Coordination Of The Work, Insurance, Procurement Of Decisions Of Administrative Authorities Following The Execution Of The Work, Training, Quality Control And Ensuring Health And Safety During The Execution Of The Work.
