The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Parking Lot On The Parc Lot. No. 125/4, 126/2, 3494 Units Kostelec Nad Černými Lesy In Accordance With The Project Documentation Prepared By Kfj Project, S.R.O., Which Forms Annex No. 5 Of The Tender Documentation.This Is A Newly Built Parking Lot For Adjacent Apartment Buildings. The Addressed Area Will Contain Parking And Parking Spaces Corresponding To The Possible Built-Up Of Suitable Land. There Are A Total Of 69 Surface Parking And Parking Spaces.The Communications Proposed In The Documentation Will Be Used Mainly By Passenger Traffic, Pedestrian Traffic (Sidewalk).In Its Current State, Part Of The Space Serves As A Parking Lot, And The Rest Of The Parking Lot Is Under The Original Foundations Of The Building, Which Has Already Been Removed, And Partly Also The Adjacent Greenery.Part Of The Performance Of The Work According To This Order Also Includes Drainage Of The Area And Public Lighting
