Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Facilities Of Bulgarian Posts Ead For Six Specific Positions

The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Supplier Of Electricity To The Sites Of Bulgarian Post Ead For The Specified Positions, With Rights And Obligations For The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Entire Period Of The Contract.The Contractors Activity Shall Cover The Supply Of Electricity To The Sites Of Bulgarian Post Ead, Selling It To The Contracting Authority At A Price According To The Contracting Authoritys Requirements, Specified In The Technical Specification, With An Added Fixed Allowance In The Form Of Fee For The Administration Of The Supply Of One Mwh Of Active Net Electricity Of Medium And Low Voltage.The Contractor Must Include The Employer, For The Relevant Specific Position As An Indirect Member Of Its Standard Balancing Group, Prepare And Register Forecast Schedules For The Planned Electricity Consumption For The Employers Sites, Bear The Costs Of Balancing And Registered Imbalances, Fully Administer And Take Responsibility For The Activity Of The Employer On The Free Electricity Market, Etc., And The Costs Of These Activities Are Included In The Price Of The Commercial Allowance And The Employer Will Not Pay Additional Amounts.Detailed Information Is Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 To The Procurement Documentation.
