The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Complex Of Activities (Services) Related To Ensuring The Passability Of Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Karnobat Municipality During The Winter Operating Season Of 2026-2027, Removing Or Limiting The Adverse Influence Of Snow And Ice On Traffic Conditions, With The Aim Of Ensuring Safe Conditions For The Movement Of Motor Vehicles And Normal Road And Transport Conditions In Winter Conditions.The Main Winter Maintenance Activities Include:- Snow Protection Of The Roads By Mowing Lawns, Cutting Bushes, Removing Materials And Other Objects Within The Scope Of The Road That Lead To The Formation Of Snowdrifts;- Snow Removal (Patrol And Periodic) Of The Roads Until Reaching The Appropriate Degrees And Level Of Winter Maintenance, Clearing Of Snowbanks, Drifts And Snowdrifts And Removal Of Compacted Snow-Ice Layers;- Securing The Roads Against Slipping: Spreading Of Mineral Materials And Chemical Substances.
