Participants Are Obliged To Observe The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Documentation And To Perform The Services With The Care Of A Good Owner And With Appropriate Quality.The Processing And Storage Includes The Following Agricultural Crops: 390,011 Decares Of Wheat, 177,632 Decares Of Sunflower And 156,313 Decares Of Corn For A Period Of 1/One/ Economic Year, Namely 2026/2027.The Land For Processing Is Located In The Land Of Septemvriytsi Village 423.945 Decares And In The Land Of Selce Village - 300.011 Decares. Processing Includes The Following Activities: Deep Ploughing, Disking, Cultivation, Sowing Of Wheat, Sowing Of Sunflower And Maize With Fertilization, Spraying, Fertilizing, Felling, Cutting Of Crop Residues.Goal - Successful Cultivation Of The Lands Of Professional Agricultural High School Kl. Ark. Timiryazev And Reaching Maximum Yields.The Activities Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Specifics And The Need To Process The Relevant Crop Through An Appointed Committee, Which Conducts A Tour And Determines The Activities For Processing The Agricultural Land, Together With The Contractor, And Is Reported Through A Protocol. The Contractor Signs The Protocol And Is Considered Notified To Carry Out The Necessary Processing Activities During The Business Year.Note: The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Fully Absorb All Types Of Activities, And May Increase And/Or Decrease Their Quantities, If Necessary, Within The Total Value Of The Concluded Contract, According To The Specifics Of The Culture And The Need For Processing.The Price Includes The Separate Activities For Processing And Preparing The Land, As Well As Its Storage. It Does Not Include The Cost Of Seeds, Fertilizers, Preparations, Etc.
