The Subject Of The Public Order Is: Restoration And Laying Of Asphalt Pavement On Republican Roads Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Harmanli, In Connection With The Preparation Of The Roads For Operation In The Winter Season 2026/2027.The Activities Subject To The Order Are Performed On Roads Of The Republican Road Network Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Harmanli.The Main Purpose Of The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, The Subject Of The Order, Is To Overcome The Poor Condition Of The Paving Of The Republican Roads In The City Of Harmanli, To Ensure Their Passability In Winter Conditions And To Eliminate Or Limit The Adverse Influence Of Snow And Ice On Traffic Conditions.In Fulfillment Of The Awarded Public Contract, The Implementation Of The Following Types Of Smr Is Foreseen: Restoration By Patching With Solid Asphalt Concrete At An Average Thickness Of 5 Cm With Milling The Scope Of The Order Includes Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Transportation Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Provision Of Labor Force And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification. The Construction Must Be Carried Out With Construction Equipment And Mechanization Suitable For The Purpose.The Deadline For The Implementation Of All Activities Under This Public Procurement Is Until 31.12.2026. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Is 1 Month, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of A Written Notice (Award Letter) From The Contracting Authority.The Contractor Shall Carry Out Any Work Specifically Assigned To Him In Fulfillment Of The Order And According To The Outlined Subject Scope In The Technical Specification, Starting From The Date Of Receipt Of A Written Notice (Award Letter) In Which The Exact Parameters Of The Subject Of Work Are Described, Which Should Be Performed Within The Period Determined For This By The Employer. A Technical Specification Has Been Prepared And The Participants Should Prepare Their Offers In Accordance With It.
