The Contracting Authority Awards This Public Procurement As A Public Competition Within The Meaning Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) Pursuant To Chapter Twenty-Five Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), On The Basis Of Art. 176 Et Seq., In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code, Taking Into Account The Value Of Similarly Commissioned Activities.These Instructions For Participation In The Public Procurement Have Been Developed And Are Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation Pursuant To Art. 31, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zop. The Procedure Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop Under The Terms Of Art. 61, Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of The Ppzop, I.E. In Reverse Order. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement: 3.1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery And Installation Of An Interactive Display In Panayot Volov Primary School, Varna, Financed By The National Program Ensuring A Modern, Safe And Accessible Educational Environment There Is No Possibility Of Providing Variants In The Offers Of The Participants.The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Testing Activities (Adaptation, Adjustment) Of All Installed Products. The Contractor Must Provide, At His Own Expense, Warranty Maintenance Of The Delivered And Installed Equipment, During The Period Of The Warranty Period Of The Equipment Specified In His Performance Proposal. No Additional Payments Are Foreseen By The Contractor For The Activity During The Warranty Maintenance Period. All Costs For Warranty Service Activities Must Be Included In The Bidders Price Quote.​​​​​​​
